Joseph Guariano Joins OTS

On Time Staffing, a quality professional staffing service, is excited to welcome Joseph Guariano as their new Vice President of Operations. With Joseph Guariano on board, the organization will benefit with additional vision, experience and focus needed to assure continued growth, continued improvement and further industry dominance. Joseph Guariano is executive-level human resources professional with more than 15 years of management experience. Joe has held responsibility for all facets of business management including operations, client management, business development and staff leadership. He specializes in sales and operations management and has held positions with accountability at a global, national and regional level. Joe has experience developing complex business relationships that involve non-traditional solutions and aligning them with his clients' organizational goals. He is an articulate team player who is known for his ability to develop mutually beneficial relationships and implement successful organizational growth strategies.
Prior to joining On Time Staffing Joe served as Chief Operations Officer for The CBI Group, a Mid Atlantic recruitment outsourcing company, where he established a scalable business model that combined technology and people to achieve business outcomes for customers.
Joe has held several executive positions with Randstad North America responsible for the oversight of operations at the national level worth a quarter billion in total sales. He strategically aligned account management and operational responsibility to a unique service offering for companies. The offering consisted of both traditional temporary staffing as well as HR/BPO recruitment process outsourcing engagements.
Joe served in many director level roles that included domestic and international sales teams of Account Managers. He established criteria for what determines a strategic account and pioneered the process via which those accounts are serviced.
As a Director for the Mid-Atlantic States Joe carried P&L accountability in excess of 70 million and oversaw operations, account management and provided leadership to senior staff. His initiative created consistent growth for the region.
Joe recognizes the responsibility of business leaders to support their communities, and actively supports and serves his community as a board member of Easter Seals of Delaware, Rotarian and a MS Society volunteer.
