Why On Time Staffing
Our Expertise
Our executive team of Light Industrial staffing specialists has a deep knowledge in warehouse, manufacturing, and packaging environments. It’s all we do and we have been providing companies with our temporary staffing and Onsite services since 1999.
We have talent acquisition experts who never stop recruiting so we can maintain a strong pool of available resources on an ongoing basis. Higher candidate pooling leads to higher fill rates. This drives efficiency and reduces your overtime spend. Our five-step process provides you with the most qualified, best-matched personnel for each position.
Our Five Step Process
1. Recruit
On Time Staffing’s unique recruiting process makes it easy to find the best-qualified workers for your open positions.
- Local Support – Our Onsite Manager is on the ground and in the community.
- Centralized Services – Our Call Center Team supports online recruiting, interview scheduling and the application process.
2. Screen
At On Time Staffing, our approach to screening takes the guesswork out of hiring. Our screening processes are customized for each client, depending on the specific needs and requirements of your business or industry. In addition to drug and criminal background screens, we also use personality, behavioral and skills assessments to help identify candidates with the traits and attributes you desire.
3. Onboard
On Time Staffing creates an onboarding program specifically designed for the demands of your company, ensuring that all Associates understand the requirements and expectations of their new role. Our orientation includes a comprehensive review of policy, procedures, facility, and department specific walk-throughs as well as introductions to all front-line leadership for assigned work areas.
4. Manage
Our Onsite Manager is responsible for managing traditional workforce issues including:
- Absenteeism
- Tardiness
- Payroll
- Discipline
- Safety
- Coaching and Counseling
- Training
- Productivity
5. Retain
Retention is a critical component to our overall staffing program. The key to retention lies in keeping lines of communication open and making sure our Associates are motivated and engaged. In comparison to a non-engaged workforce, engaged workers are three times more productive and five times more likely to stay on the job.
We have worked with many clients who wish to retain existing talent from the previous staffing agency and we understand the challenges associated with workforce transition. We will leverage our years of experience in this area, working closely with you, to make the process of retaining your current workforce as seamless as possible.
