On Time Staffing Announces New Vice Presidents of Business Solutions

Cherry Hill, NJ (August 9, 2023) – On Time Staffing, a leading North American supply chain staffing company, announced the appointments of Kelly Riley and Cheryl Graves as Vice Presidents of Business Solutions. Riley and Graves will report to On Time Staffing’s President Doug Dandurand. Both will strategize to accelerate growth through the delivery of light industrial recruitment solutions in the United States. Riley will focus on parts of the Southeastern and Pennsylvania regions; Graves will focus on Texas and its surrounds.

Riley began her career at a small regional company that she helped expand to become part of Randstad. She then spent eight years as a Regional Vice President with Peoplelink Staffing Solutions. She brings more than two decades of staffing development to On Time Staffing. 

In her previous roles, she was responsible for strategic account acquisition and operations, team training and development, and instructional design and facilitation. Riley’s tactical approach has allowed her to create unique solutions to customers’ staffing challenges and exceed expectations throughout.

Graves also brings over two decades’ experience to On Time Staffing. She has held positions in recruitment, sales, and management, including work as a Recruiter in the transportation and airline industries.

Inspired by her work, Graves established her own staffing company where she directed all operations for over 13 years. Her entrepreneurial background contributed to her later success holding a management position at a national staffing firm. Graves’ insights and diverse expertise in all aspects of the recruiting world make her an exceptional member of the On Time Staffing team.
