Sausen will report to On Time Staffing’s President Doug Dandurand. She will manage new client implementations and provide ongoing support to nurture those partnerships for successful outcomes. Sausen will also oversee the onsite managers of these new locations to ensure each client’s unique light industrial recruitment needs are intuitively met.

She is passionate about connecting with individuals to facilitate valued work teams based on confidence, trust, and commitment. Sausen recognizes customers’ staffing challenges and proactively addresses them to exceed expectations.
