Cesar Osuna

As a Regional Operations Manager, Cesar finds great joy in watching his employees succeed, growing into new positions, and expanding the team from within the Western region.

He joined the company in the fall of 2018 and has been an invaluable addition since the start. He enjoys working with On Time Staffing clients, strategizing and helping to plan production goals during peak demand. With over 15 years of staffing experience, including over 10 years in a management role, he brings an extraordinary level of expertise to the table. In fact, he has managed several large-volume sites with over 1,500 employees and 25 onsite managers with great success.

When he’s not hard at work, you can find him enjoying time with family, hiking, fishing, camping, and traveling.
