Bringing over 22 years of human resources management in various service-related organizations, Jocelyn Mellinger has a strong background in all aspects of Human Resource Management including strategic HR planning, benefits management, employment law and compliance, investigations, employee relations, payroll, compensation, leave management and all manner of general day to day issues. In her role as Sr. Human Resources Manager for On Time Staffing, Jocelyn is responsible for all employee relations issues involving the associates working for On Time Staffing, along with providing guidance, training and support to our onsite management teams when managing human resources issues.
Jocelyn began her career in human resources in the healthcare industry and has since held progressive human resources leadership roles in the industries of retail, veterinary science, third-party logistics and warehousing, engineering, utility vegetation management, non-profit and mobile device management. The last six years have been spent in HR leadership roles in the staffing industry.
Jocelyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminology and a minor in Psychology from Ohio University. Jocelyn earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2001, followed by her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification in 2006 and her SHRM Senior Certified Professional certification in 2016.
Jocelyn, her husband, and their daughter reside in Medina, Ohio. As avid boaters, they spend the summer months enjoying beautiful Lake Erie.
